What classes are available?

Below you will find links to all of our classes currently open for registration.

If you need a customized class or experience for Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, After School, or other type of event, the please email us.

Summer Camps will be posted here the first week of February. We will have camps every week of June and July.

We will be posting weekend classes for families to participate in in February as well. Stay tuned!

Pre School Classes 

Physics Is Fun                                 

March 21st – April 25th, Wednesdays

Mornings, 9:00 - 10:30

Afternoons, 12:30 – 2

Kids ages 4 and 5 are introduced to basic principles of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math through a series of 6 classes taught by experienced teachers and professionals.

Each session will focus on physics and the many forces of nature at work in our everyday world. Lots of different fun experiments and activities using basic STEAM principles will be incorporated into each and every lesson to help students realize Physics is Fun!

Kindergarten – 2nd Grade

Science and the World Around Us

March 21st – April 25th, Wednesdays

Evenings, 4:00 – 5:30

Kids grade K - 2 are introduced to basic principles of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. Classes’ focus on lessons related to Biology, Chemistry and Physics taught by experienced teachers and professionals utilizing a fun hands-on, interactive approach.

Interactive activities and experiments will teach our future STEAM students the basics of science, experiments, and explorations of the world around us.

In this course we will infuse pictures books and observations that will lead to a maker activity based on the theme of the class.

3rd-8th Grade Class

Python Coding Level 1

March 22nd – April 26th, Thursdays       

Time: 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

Through a series of hands on exploration, experimenting, prototyping, and building up our skill sets students of all ages will move their skills from beginner to intermediate levels.

This class is designed to introduce Python coding using a Raspberry Pi. Students will code an About Me, Rock Paper Scissors Game, Turtle Race, Turtle Art, Secret Messages, and Colorful Creations.

These projects prepare students for Level 2 which will lead to game design applications.

Students will receive their own $150 Raspberry Pi kit as part of this class. If students already have the kit from previous class, then the cost is reduced
