Robotic Halloween

Learn how to code in the real world ending with a robotic jack-o-lantern.

Instructor: Aaron Maurer
Class Fee $150 for 4 classes occur October 5, 12, 19, 26 from 7:00 - 8:30
Option to purchase the Arduino kit for additional $50 if interested
This course will have an option to purchase the complete kit if the students would like to keep everything. In this course students will be learning about the basic of coding and prototyping using an Raspberry Pi. Our end goal is to carve and create a pumpkin that moves it jaws back and forth. Can you add sensors? Can you make it howl or growl? Only you can answer that question?

CoderZ Level 1 – Learn to code in a virtual environment while applying to robots in the real world.

Class Fee $150 for 4 classes occur November 2, 9, 16, 30                  from 7:00 – 8:30 pm
This course will provide your student access to a very well created and designed virtual robotics platform. Think LEGO EV3 Mindstorms, but on the computer with possibilities to do so much more. In this course we will work through modules of coding and creative problem solving while also building and designing similar robots in the real world. Push your robotic skills to the next level.

3D Printing Basics Level 1

Develop your skills in Tinkercad to design holiday ornaments and checker pieces.

Class Fee $150 for 4 classes occur December (dates TBA) from 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Just in time for the holidays! Students will be learning how to design and create 3D objects using Tinkercad and Autodesk. This course we will be creating and printing our very own holiday ornaments. If time permits we will dive into making checker pieces using the 3D printer to develop our own cast and molds.
